My Conquer Performance Training Program works by combining the power of both your body and mind to help you to feel completely confident in your abilities to successfully conquer your fitness and athletic goals!

My mission is to help you believe in yourself, conquer yourself, and feel free to be confident in yourself! Through Conquer Performance Training, I will help you overcome your own physical and mental roadblocks that are getting in the way of feeling confident and strong in your abilities to succeed! This program is goal oriented, as well as both physically and mentally challenging to help you be prepared to conquer any challenge you want to achieve!

My program is individually and uniquely customized for each and every client. No templates, no cookie cutter workouts. I work with you in finding a balance between what you want and what you need to achieve your goals in a way that fits your schedule and lifestyle.

About Conquer Performance Training:

Weekly Coaching Sessions

Before you begin this program you will fill out a questionaire to help really dive deep into your goals, what you like, don’t like, what your schedule is like, motivation is like, etc. Your first week you will have a 60-min session to really break everything down so I may be able to cusomize your plan. Each week following, you will have a scheduled 30-minute check-in session to discuss your performance and progress. We will focus on YOUR goals and determine what practices work best for YOU and help you break down those goals into realistic and doable pieces. So much of conquering your goals is “all mental”. We will tweak and cater your plan as needed to prevent burnout, and keep you motivated and moving as efficiently as possible. Ultimately, my job as a coach is to encourage you, hold you accountable to your goals, and motivate you to stay on track. Outside our weekly sessions, you will have access to me via text during my business hours (11-7pm MST) to answer any questions you have as you implement your plan and put it into practice. I will check in multiple times a week to ensure you are staying on track, and you will be able to log your progress on a shared tracking app so I can view progress and give feedback. 

Uniquely Customized Training Plan

We build your training plan to fit YOUR goals! Everyone has different aspirations, different lifestyles and daily commitments, and require a different level of training, so the same logic should be applied to a training plan! Your plan will fit your needs and your schedule. Any endurance training, stregnth and/or conditioning will be specific to your goal needs. I never use templates or cookie cutter workouts. I create your plan based off what you specifically need, have access to, and like to do and make adjustments as needed. A tracking log will be used to track progress and will be utilized in making plan adjustments as you progress. 

Strategic Nutrition

Much like your training plan, you will have a nutritional tracker used to track your calories and macronutrients as you build sustainable healthy eating habits for life! I will also teach you how to eat strategically for optimal energy to meet your goals. I will help you calculate what your body needs and you will have access to a variety of nutritional resources to help you and of course, my guidance in answering any questions you have as you go through this journey.

Goal Driven

You will have access to a wide variety of goal setting, stress management and mindset resources to help you in your journey! Each week there will be assignments to put some of these into practice as we discover what else you may need to accomplish your goals.

16 Weeks of Progress

Conquering your goals is NOT an overnight feat. However, if you DO the work, you will see positive changes in as short as 30-days. Be patient with yourself. Change TAKES TIME. Frustrations are NORMAL, and they will come up. Have faith, and keep working at it and you WILL succeed!

At the end of the 16 weeks you will be ready to face the challenges and goals you have set for yourself! If you wish to continue the program at that point, we will discuss a continuation and build on bigger better goals!

This is my premium full service, one-on-one performance training and coaching program. I offer a well rounded approach to training including stregnth and conditioning, endurance training, nutrition, goal setting and mindset. We will focus on your individual goals, mental strength and stamina, as well as accountability and motivation to help you build confidence in your abilities! It is truly an investment and commitment to yourself and your goals. However, I very much understand if the financial burden is a concern, it can seem unrealistic.
