- A daily training program designed around your goals, fitness level, and schedule
- Event preparation and planning for races, treks, climbs, or multi-day challenges
- Ongoing support via text or email to answer questions and adjust training as needed
- Monthly assessments to track progress, HR zones, pacing, and fueling
- Guidance on mental performance, resilience, and focus
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance tailored to your goals
- Integration with TrainingPeaks for tracking HR, power, pace, and workouts

Add-On: In-Person or Virtual Personal Training
Available to athletes along the Utah Wasatch Front (and back).
In-person training sessions add flexibility and hands-on guidance to complement your online program.

- Poolside coaching for swimming technique and form
- Cycling or running technique feedback & monitoring
Training sessions start at $60/hr
Extended travel may include an additional fee and will be discussed in advance.
