Camping Pillow : I don’t take this backpacking (tho i could, its really light) but i did take it to Kilimanjaro and having that luxury of a pillow was way nice. i also use it for car camping.

Replaced them the next summer after well over 1000 miles and took them up Kilimanjaro as well. I have been using these shoes ever since. they last forever, take zero breaking in!Black Diamond Half-Dome Helmet: This is my go to climbing helmet! Simple, comfortable, and saves my brain!Black Diamond Women’s Harness: high Q, lasts forever! I have an older version of this model, its been with me over a decade!La Sportiva Nepal Evo Mountaineering Boots: My go-to mountaineering boots for years. these are rated to 6000m. Bluetooth wireless headphones : I have an android so no airpods for me, these are comfier anyway! I use these mainly at the gym and they really block out other sounds quite well
Microspikes : don’t do yaktraks. these are a million times better.La Sportiva Women’s Tarantulence Climbing Shoes: My go to all around technical climbing shoe. I’ved used this in gym, outside, cracks, bouldering, and sport climbing. Mammut Barryvox 2024 Avalanche Beacon: I have an older version of this currently, planning to upgrade this season to ensure I still meet safety standards!Mammut Avalanche Probe: easy to use!Petzl grigri: the lazyman’s belay device. learn to use ATC’s first!Petzl Ascender: used for mountaineering, hella helpful!Dermatone : this shit is AMAZING. ask anyone who skis or does high altitude mountaineering (particularly in snow). you want to protect your lips with this up high or in the cold.Dermatone Sunscreen Stick: Compliments the above, I use this on my face!Black Diamond Trekking Poles: self-explanatory. used constantlySnow stakes : for winter or glacier camping. used these on Rainier and they were perfect! held up in high winds tooDry Bags : for backpacking, mucho helpful for organization (and of course keeping things dry)Giro Cycling Gloves: I admittedly use these weight lifting too!Weight Lifting Belt : comfy lining, multiple sizes!Weight Lifting Straps : was hesitant at first, but they really help once you get past a certain weight your grip simply can’t holdChalk block : I buy these for climbing and for the gym. they breakup easy
Canon 75-300m lens : I use this one for action shots and wildlife close upsPhone Tripod : I have broken probably 5 different tripods in my day, but this thing is durable AF. a little hefty but worth it. my DSLR also fits on this tripod which is a bonus! I carry this on hikes instead od a big tripod.
